We are seeking knowledgeable IT Technical Consultants who have several years’ experience working in support of users in either 2nd or 3rd line technical roles. Interested applicants will have a comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Solutions, particularly Windows Server, Exchange, O365, Active Directory and virtualisation technologies. Broad experience of security and networking will be advantageous, particularly if familiar with Cisco and or Sophos technologies.
Successful candidates will be a good communicator and comfortable in customer facing situations; able to explain technical issues in plain language. They will demonstrate an ability to problem solve in high-stress situation and be committed to personal development.
